OK, a quick recap of the past two days...
First we dropped off the donations Sydney collected at her Birthday party in lieu of gifts. The lady at the food bank thanked her and gave her a pen, which she thought was better than any gift she did get for her birthday...it wrote in black AND red AND it came on a rope! Imagine that!
Last night we carved the pumpkins.

Then this morning was Halloween Play Day at Sydney's school. Despite missing class all week because she is sick, she decided to drag her butt over for the fun. Here's some of her buddies...

and this is where Princess Sydney spent the better part of the Game Hour. She'd rather do art, than play games for candy!!
And then came Trick or Treat time...and the rain.
Cameron caught on real quick and couldn't run fast enough from house to house...he also wanted to go in and check them all out! 
We had to come back in to get rain coats and mitts half way through. The kids ended up only doing our street before giving up. We dried off and drove over to visit a few friends. We came home late, warmed them up in the tub and there wasn't a single complaint about bed time!!
