Gold At The End Of The Rainbow

Since the jam battle the other day, a batch of strawberry/mango freezer jam has been put up, Keith made a strawberry rhubarb crisp and we froze the rest. Enough already! We made some whole wheat pasta to eat with the tomatoes Cameron was craving. Aunty Lindsay asked for some, so we dried the second half of the batch for a treat for her when we see her next week. And then this showed up in the fridge this afternoon. I'm never going to be skinny again, am I? We babysat Noah on Wednesday night, but his big sister Tristan came too, and she did all the work! Pretty easy night for us! We had time to make a campfire in the backyard so we could roast some marshmellows. Or not, for those who prefered them raw.

And then, as usual, I had to get Artsy Fartsy with the camera.
And then tonight, Ringo Star showed up and gave us a performance.

Ringo and Lady S have gone to bed and Keith is on night's so I'm enjoying a wonderfully quiet night alone!

Those nights are few and far between. You know you are a mom when you have to write about a quiet night on your blog! Congrats hope you had a glass of wine for me!
