The ugly, water damaged bathroom is on it's way out!! Here are some pictures for Keith, who is missing all the fun!
Thankfully, this was the worst of the damage. The metal drywall corner had actually rusted out. Some Concrobium and a Magic Eraser cleaned it right up though!
This was yucky too, but it had the drywall needed to come out anyways. Not needed behind the new tub setup.
A little confused about the filled in soap dispenser. It must have been installed and then removed and filled right away...from what we understood, the house was built in '77.
Surprise! Industrial tile under the sub floor. This is the 5th type of flooring we have removed in the 3 rooms we have worked on.
Water damage around the tub and toilet. THIS is what happens in an air tight house.
Trev and Kavin's crack putting the bulk head up over where the tub will hopefully be by the end of Saturday!
Off to shower at Trevor's house and then to Home Depot!
