I finally got up the courage to try my Memere's bread recipe today. I made it once before...on September 11th, 2001 and was afraid to try again. Keith suggested I make it last Monday...the day before President Obama's Inauguration. Not a chance. Today was a good day though. Nothing catastrophic happened. And the bread, well, it's delicious!

Mmmmm....maybe I will go visit this weekend. Totally worth the 1000km drive! Oh and to see you and the kids too of course . . .
