Punching Beavers In The Face

High gas prices, tornadoes, flooding, another soldier died and tainted tomatoes were all in the news this week, yet the biggest headline was about the CBC dropping the Hockey Night In Canada Theme song. Oh, the humanity! Considered to many around here as our second National Anthem, the HNIC theme was not worth the money the writer was asking for, to the CBC. Big mistake.



This would have been sooooo much funnier if it hadn't been aired after CTV & TSN had made the annoucement that they had scooped it up for their hockey coverage.
