We've been expecially busy over the past week with the prep for our Yard Sale and some company. Gramma Viviane and Papa John spent the weekend helping us junk out. We didn't sell a whole lot, but we did get rid of some of Cameron's favourite mess makers. I never would have thought I'd feel so happy seeing a guy walk away with all my old CDs and stereo...especially since I let them go for $8!! You should have seen the look on the lady's face that asked about the garbage bag of stuffed animals when I told her it was FREE! She ran with that deal.
After all the work of getting all our stuff out of the house we really didn't want it to come back in, so some of the left overs went to the dump, some went to St. Vincent's DePaul's and we are hoping The Community Closet will take all my maternity and nursing clothes and baby gear. Feels good!
Sydney set up a stand to sell her Great-Great-Grandmother's lemonade. I think she made almost as much money as we did.
Gramma Shirly arrived on Tuesday for the week. It was pushing 100 F today so we headed to the mall along with almost everyone else in the city! We'll be celebrating her Birthday on Saturday if we don't melt before then
